We understand when you change your mind or the cooler you ordered wasn't the right size. That's why we offer a 30 day exchange and return policy. All you need to do is send us an email, and our friendly customer service PAALS will assist you throughout the entire process.

If you feel that your product is showing defects, you have 1 year warranty. Just let us know and we take care of the rest.

1. Return Policy (30-Day Exchange)

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange, provided that:

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product is undamaged and free from alterations.

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Manufacturer's Warranty (1-Year Coverage)

In addition to our return policy, all products purchased from PAAL Truck Essential Products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

To be eligible for this warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in good condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.
     

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

3. How to Claim Your Warranty

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties, whether expressed or implied. PAAL Truck Essential Products shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
